Article 35(A) and 370 –Just a political pawn
SRINAGAR: For the last couple of months Article 35(A) and 370 have been a raging debate in media for its continuity in the Jammu and Kashmir. Let me tell you that Article 35(A) and 370 of Indian Constitution gives Jammu and Kashmir special status.
Under 35(A), people from other states can go to Jammu and Kashmir; can stay there but you will not voting right and cannot buy property in the state. Because of the Article 35(A), many people who left Pakistan during partition are still living without having citizenship of the state. Most of them are Hindu who left Pakistan in 1947, during partition.
The agony of the nation is, after having all power to remove the Article which gives special status to J&K. But, it is the dirty politics played by some of the politicians who live in India; eat in India; survive on Indian tax, even looting the nation and still supporting the anti-India movement.
Currently, the Supreme Court is hearing the case registered on 35(A) and it has created big hullabaloo among some politicians cum traitors.
Kashmiris are the loyal citizen of India, but just a handful people who are sowing seeds of hatred among them and misguiding them to a wrong path.
Just stop doing these nonsense activities on Indian soil. Truth can get delay but ultimately it wins. So, be feared of what you do.
