Rajkot: Rajkot police disclosed about the banned chemical drugs, accumulated in village Arbhada of Devbhumi Dwarka district. Rajkot Range IG R.R.cell team has burst the International Drugs Racket and arrested five persons with 200 gram of drugs.
Rajkot Range IG D.N. Patel said that "On 18th September, villagers of Arbhada village of Devbhoomi Dwarka district came against the irritating eye and throat due to chemicals. The banned chemical, in the investigations with the experts of Porbandar and Rajkot known as 'Mephedrone 'Was found to be useful in the making. Police found a large quantity of chemicals and 200 gm of 'Mefedron' drug from the Godown of Harun Sattar on basis of which the police arrested accused Haroon Sora and Pinal Chotai from Mumbai.According to police, Jaganesh Vora, Bhavesh Dudhatra, Irfan alias Buro Jusaniya, Arjan Mewada and Girdhar were arrested after interrogation. The police has registered a complaint with Mithapur police and arrested five people. The mastermind Bhavesh Dudhatra and Jaganesh Vora are out of police custody.

These drugs are also known as 'deadly' drugs.People become drug addicted with the use of 25 milligram of this drug using thrice.The main motive behind the drug was to target youths in big parties. Jignesh Vora was the chief behind the selling of these drugs in Mumbai and police investigations revealed that he had produced 'Mefedron' in Jamnagar's Happa, Gondal's Lodhika near Ravadi and Arbhada of Devbhoomi Dwarka district.
