Police personals, home guards and other staffs on election duty cast their vote, here’s how

At least 824 people who will be on elections duty on December 9 voted using postal ballot in Botad districts.

106-Gadhda assembly constituency of Botad district and 107-Botad assembly constituency, police personnel, home guards and village guard personnel and their drivers, who are on duty on the day of polling on December 9, would not be deprived of voting. For that purpose special arrangements were made at Government High School located in Botad.

Around 1040 staffs including police personals, home guards, and village guards and their drivers will be on election duty in 106-Gadhada and 107-Botad assembly constituencies of Botad district. The Election Commission brought special arrangement for voting. Out of the 393 jawans, 299 cast their votes in 106-Gadhada and 529 out of 647 jawans in 107-Botad voted.
